Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, submitting an RSVP, or otherwise using Godly Weddings (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Godly Weddings ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account and your guests

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for the accuracy of the wedding information you publish, and for the lawful basis on which you upload guest contact details. By uploading guest details you confirm you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of inviting them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content;
• use the Service to send spam or to harvest contact details for unrelated purposes;
• attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls;
• resell, sublicense, or scrape the Service without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity (vendors must list accurate business details).

5. Payments

Paid plans are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact godlyweddingspro@gmail.com within 14 days and we will investigate.

Plans paid by your wedding planner. A wedding planner using Godly Weddings may pay for a couple's plan as part of the planner's service. That payment is refunded to the planner in full if the couple declines the invitation, if the planner cancels it before the couple accepts, or if the couple already has a paid plan when they accept. Once accepted, the plan belongs to the couple's wedding and stays in place even if the couple later removes the planner's access.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, guest lists). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and back up that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short-term backups that age out automatically.

7. Vendor terms

Vendors who apply to be listed must provide accurate business information and may be approved, rejected, suspended or removed at our discretion. Inquiries received through the Service are leads only; we do not guarantee bookings or revenue.

Wedding planners. Vendors we grant planner access may help manage a couple's wedding only after the couple accepts their invitation, and the couple can remove that access at any time. A planner may use the couple's and their guests' information (names, contact details, RSVPs, seating and similar data) only to provide wedding-planning services to that couple. A planner must not use it for their own marketing, add it to their own mailing lists or contact databases, or share or sell it to anyone else. We may remove planner access for any breach of these terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your wedding at any time from your dashboard, which begins a 30-day grace period followed by permanent deletion (see our Privacy Policy for details). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor listings or guest-supplied information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
